Four unleavened Flatbreads

Each order contains four flatbreads

Roti, also known as safati, shabaati, phulka, roshi (a word also used for bread in general) is a common staple in the Indian subcontinent. The Hindi word ‘chapat’ means ‘slap’ or ‘flat’, and refers to how they are traditionally made by slapping the dough between wet hands to form thin rounds. They are then cooked on a flat skillet called a tava(or partially over an open flame to make them puff up) and topped with butter or ghee to serve.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Water, Ghee
