Naan is a leavened, oven-baked flatbread, usually served hot and used to scoop other foods or served stuffed with a filling. In the Indian Subcontinent, it is often baked in a tandoor oven and brushed with ghee or butter. It is mainly found in the cuisines of Western Asia, Indonesia, Myanmar, the Caribbean, and South Asia.

Ingredients: All-Purpose Flour, Plain Yogurt, Salt, Sugar, Dry Yeast, Butter, Vegetable Oil
