Our moong daal soup is tempered moong bean curry

Each order contains 16oz each of moong soup and jeera rice.

 The mung bean, also known as moong, maash, or green gram, is mainly grown in the Indian subcontinent, East Asia, and Southeast Asia, and is used to make both sweet and savory dishes. The viney plant was domesticated in India, where archeological evidence suggests the beans have been eaten at least as far back as 4,500 years ago!

Ingredients: Mung beans, Tomatoes, Onions, Ghee, Ginger, Garlic, Butter, Cilantro, Lime, Indian Spices, Vegetable Oil
