Our masala fish is made with swai fillets marinated in a mixture of Indian spices and yogurt.

Each order contains 16oz each of masala fish and jeera rice.

Swai is a species of catfish native to Southeast Asia, also known as ‘panga’ or ‘pangas’ in Europe and ‘cream dory’ or ‘basa’ in Asia. We’ve paired it with a masala curry sauce of a garam masala spice blend, cream, and tomatoes to take advantage of this whitefish’s mild taste and firm texture.
