Jeera Wings

Six tandoor-roasted Chicken Wings seasoned with Indian Spices served with Lime Wedges and Yogurt Chutney 

Each order contains six, twelve, or twenty-four jeera wings

While most of the large population of South Asians in Kenya have kept their traditions alive, living close has led to an exchange of culture; including food! This is a signature Kenyan dish; meat marinated in a mixture of lime juice and Indian spices before being roasted in a tandoor oven. The star of the dish is different variations of cumin seeds: whole, crushed, and roasted. Once cooked, the meat is then tossed with green onions, green peppers, ginger, garlic, cilantro, and a drizzle of lime juice.

Ingredients: Chicken Wings, Yogurt, Red Onion, Green Onions, Green Peppers, Ginger, Garlic, Lime Juice, Butter, Cilantro, Indian Spices, Vegetable Oil

Sauce: DRIZZLE WITH LIME WEDGES AND DIP IN YOGURT CHUTNEY
