Our chicken korma is first roasted, then slow-cooked with yogurt, coconut milk, and Indian spices.

Each order contains 16oz each of chicken korma and jeera rice.

Korma, also spelled qorma, comes from the Urdu word ‘qormā’, which is ‘braise’ in English. This refers to the cooking technique used to make this dish, where meat or vegetables are first cooked in high heat with ghee and then slow-cooked with a mixture of spices and yogurt, cream, or stock.

Ingredients: Chicken, Coconut, Onion, Coconut Milk, Yogurt, Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Butter, Ghee, Cashews, Cilantro, Lime Juice, Sugar, Indian Spices, Vegetable Oil
